Author Guidelines

The Chinese Journal of Health Management welcomes submissions from researchers, academicians, and professionals in the field of biomedical and molecular sciences. To maintain scientific integrity, clarity, and high-quality publications, all authors are required to follow the guidelines outlined below. These instructions ensure that submissions meet the journal’s ethical, formatting, and technical requirements while maintaining a smooth and transparent review process.

  1. 1. General Submission Guidelines
    • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration in any other journal.
    • All submissions should be in English and written in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
    • Authors must ensure that the research adheres to ethical standards and does not contain plagiarized, falsified, or misleading data.
    • Proper citations and references must be provided for all previously published work.
  2. 2. Manuscript Structure and Formatting
    • Title Page: Clearly mention the title, author names, affiliations, and contact details.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of the study (150–250 words) highlighting the objective, methods, results, and conclusion.
    • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing and discoverability.
    • Introduction: Background, objectives, and significance of the study.
    • Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology to ensure reproducibility.
    • Results and Discussion: Clear presentation of findings with proper interpretation.
    • Conclusion: Summary of key findings and future research directions.
    • References: Must follow a standard citation format (e.g., APA, Vancouver, or Harvard).
  3. 3. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations
    • All figures and tables should be clear, high-resolution, and properly labeled.
    • Each figure/table should have a title and caption with appropriate references in the text.
    • Graphs and illustrations must be in standard formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or EPS).
  4. 4. Ethical Considerations
    • All authors must disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources (if any).
    • Research involving human or animal subjects must adhere to ethical guidelines and have institutional approval.
    • Authors must ensure that informed consent has been obtained from human participants where applicable.
  5. 5. Plagiarism and Copyright Policy
    • The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism.
    • All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software before review.
    • Authors are required to transfer copyright to the journal upon acceptance while retaining rights for non-commercial use.
  6. 6. Peer Review and Revision Process
    • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness and quality.
    • Authors may be requested to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
    • Revisions should be submitted within the specified deadline with a detailed response to reviewers.
  7. 7. Article Processing Charges (APC)
    • The Chinese Journal of Health Management follows an Open Access model, requiring authors to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover editorial, peer-review, and publication costs.
    • Details regarding APCs will be communicated upon acceptance of the manuscript.
  8. 8. Submission Procedure
    • Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal’s submission system or via email as per the journal's instructions.
